Tictrac, a global health and wellbeing platform for employers and insurers.

Problem
The personalisation aspect of team challenges was causing issues with sending out the correct pushes and emails at the correct time.

Solution
To create a team challenge comms flow, available to all content teams that were responsible for sending out comms.
My role: leading a troubleshooting session with internal stakeholders and developing the user flow.

Outcome
Pushes and emails were sent out to the correct teams, and the user flow increased confidence among internal stakeholders when sending out comms.
